The software giant used the following statements in its statement on the subject:
“Today, we started automatically updating devices running Windows 11 21H2 Home and Pro to Windows 11 22H2. We use the same approach in Windows 11 to help you stay protected and productive.”
We will see together in the future whether the new update will satisfy the users or introduce new problems.
Some PCs May not Receive Updates due to Compatibility Issues
The company released a statement regarding user upgrade capabilities, noting that any app utilizing Intel Smart Sound Technology (Intel SST) driver versions 10.29.0.5152 or 10.30.0.5152 could experience a blue screen error on systems running 11th-generation Intel Core processors and thus be unable to successfully update the system.
