Besides Brazil, Vietnam, and Colombia also Show Remarkable Statistics

There might still be some room for female contribution and inclusion in the cryptocurrency world, but this study shows that there are many women who are both interested and invested in cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency-related companies. Brazil’s high number of female crypto investors suggests that this cryptocurrency frenzy is spreading like wildfire throughout the world.

Another thing to note is that Vietnam, a South-East Asian country, has shown in surveys that its population has the highest percentage of both female and male cryptocurrency owners. But the most interesting information is that Vietnam’s cryptocurrency involvement between genders is estimated to be 47% female and 53% male. Technically, Vietnam also has the highest percentage of female crypto investors in itself.

“It’s a difference of just 6 percentage points, showing that women’s access to digital currencies is being supported by the local culture. Indeed, in the World Economic Forum‘s 2022 Global Gender Gap Report, Vietnam scored highest when is about participation and economic opportunity, which is reflected by the high participation of women in the crypto economy”, researchers say regarding Vietnam’s situation.

The first-ranking Latin American nation regarding the female populace that is interested in cryptocurrencies is Colombia with a percentage of 42% of total crypto ownership in the country.
