Brazilian Crypto Channel EddieOz Unbanned By YouTube
EddieOz announced that YouTube reinstated his channel on Wednesday (17) after first banning it on Saturday (13) for "inappropriate content," despite the fact that he had not broken any rules. Over the weekend Portal do Bitcoin claimed that YouTube has deleted the EddieOz channel without providing an explanation.

According to YouTube, EddieOz Channel Was Banned by Automated Tools
Edilson is a pioneer in the crypto industry and a professional content creator who often gives speeches about anonymity, freedom, encryption and cryptocurrencies. More than 1,200 hours of footage were removed as a result of the penalty issued on Monday for “serious and recurring violation of community guidelines” by YouTube (albeit it has since been restored).
Everything, however, seems to have been a huge error since Portal do Bitcoin afterward repeated its search for Youtube and received the following response:
“YouTube material that violates our Community Guidelines is quickly and efficiently removed thanks to a mix of automatic tools and human moderators. Because these automated systems are still subject to error, we provide their designers tools to question our decisions. Our investigation revealed that Edilson Osorio Jr.’s account had been suspended incorrectly for a rule violation; thus his account was immediately restored.”
Edilson Osório lost four working days due to the error.
The content creator’s fans expressed their approval in articles discussing the topic and mused on the reasons for the banishment and subsequent pardon.

Therefore content providers have strict standards to meet, such as being honest and transparent with their audiences, not engaging in any deceptive methods and following all applicable laws and regulations. In order to provide a secure environment for its users YouTube constantly checks for and eliminates anything that doesn’t follow these rules. Of course there might be some false decisions as you might see. On the other hand it is reported that YouTube does a great job at protecting people from scammers.
