Ben.eth Provided with a Settlement Request Document Prior to the Litigation

Partner at Loevy & Loevy legal firm Mike Kanovitz tweeted on May 20 that a settlement request document had been delivered as NFT to the wallet address connected with the influencer known as Ben.eth, the real identity of whom has not been disclosed .

Ben.eth’s Psyop (PSYOP) token purportedly garnered $7 million in its first pre-sale within 72 hours despite the company’s misleading marketing plan . There were certain issues with the pre-sale namely with the construction of the liquidity pools (LP) and the exportation of tokens .

The Legal Process Can Be Pretty “Painful” for Ben.eth

Ben.eth, who uploaded the paper on Twitter, later stated that half of the tokens had been distributed and the remainder will follow soon . Statements such as these might be found in the document:

“At a minimum you would be guilty of wire fraud, which is a predicate act for racketeering and the basis for a treble damages awards against you ($7 million becomes $21 million) .

The appropriate action, according to Kanovitz, is to request a refund . However, he did issue a stern warning about the consequences of not receiving a refund:

“Then, just give back the ETH . Everything will work out in the end . Both you and others you hurt may go on with your life . My company will take legal action to right this wrong if you persist in victimizing thousands of individuals .”

Kanovitz said that Ben.eth may be in for a “painful” procedure if he disobeyed the order .

“You’re engaging in real fraud, and it is hurting real people . There will be consequences if you don’t make it right .”
